Welcome to Gimme Putt Golf! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Gimme Putt Golf's Mobile/Web Application, located at https://gimmeputtgolf.com.
By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Gimme Putt Golf if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Accounts and Registration
   • League Manager/Event Coordinator Accounts: To manage a golf league or scramble event, an account must be created. As a manager or coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your mobile device.
   • Golfer Accounts: To participate in a league or event, golfers must register and create their own accounts upon receiving an invitation from a league manager or event coordinator.
2. License

   Unless otherwise stated, Gimme Putt Golf, LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Gimme Putt Golf. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Gimme Putt Golf for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

3. Payments
   • League Setup Fees: League managers are required to pay a fee during the setup of a golf league.
   • Scramble Event Fees: Event coordinators will pay to establish each event. Participants may enter the event through a registration process handled within the app.
4. User Responsibilities
   • Use the app in a way that is damaging, or that could cause damage or impairment of availability or accessibility of the app;
   • Use the app in any way that impacts user access to this app;
   • Use the app contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the app, or to any person or business entity.
5. Consent to Receive Communications

   By creating an account or registering for an event through Gimme Putt Golf, you consent to receive communications from us, including emails and SMS/text messages, regarding account activity, league or event updates, and promotional content.

   SMS/Text Messages:By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during the sign-up or registration process, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Gimme Putt Golf. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by updating your communication preferences in your account settings. Your consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchase or participation. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy for how your data is used and protected.

6. Cancellation/Refund Policy

   Details regarding cancellations and requests for refunds should be addressed as per policies stated during the registration and payment processes.

7. Limitation of Liability

   Gimme Putt Golf, LLC will not be hold liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this App.

8. Amendments to Terms

   Gimme Putt Golf, LLC is permitted to revise these terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this app you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

   These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio for the resolution of any disputes.
